All security updates are tested, applied and pushed as soon as possible.

Non-security updates

Fedora

All Fedora updates may be pushed to repository any time. This suits to Fedora policy.

RHEL / CentOS

Since RHEL is famous with its "stability", RHEL/CentOS updates are pushed to repository only in the first and third week of the month, unless it is a critical packaging error or a critical bug in the software. Other than that, all updates are pushed to repository only twice a month.
